The National Recycling Coalition (NRC) will be launching two web sites: one NRC site and a second Buy Recycled Business Alliance (BRBA) site. Each is designed to provide NRC members with more tools and information to help them in their work. The sites are also created to draw non-members to the Coalition, and serve as an information resource tool for the general public. Highlights include:
The BRBA web site will be connected to the NRC site and will focus on the Alliance, its leadership and membership. It also features buying recycled information and includes downloadable publications as well as links to other organizations supporting BRBA's work. Look for the NRC at www.nrc-recycle.org and the BRBA at www.nrc-recycle.org.

The National Recycling Coalition's Rural Recycling Council (RRC) is trying to increase information sharing among rural communities across the country by publishing a bi-monthly information sheet. The RRC has a mission to facilitate and increase materials conservation, waste reduction, composting and recycling in rural areas and small towns throughout the US.
The information sheets will include case studies that the RRC will share with all participating state recycling organizations. Resources and contacts to help build libraries and networking opportunities will also be featured. This information will then be disseminated to rural communities via each state recycling organization's newsletter.
Look for these information sheets to be featured in upcoming issues of the IRC Newsletter.
