The ESAP Steering Committee is the working group steering the development of the E-Scrap Action Program. The next ESAP Steering Committee Meeting will be held July 30th at 4:00 p.m. at IDEM's Office of Pollution Prevention and Technical Assistance. This office is located in the ISTA building at the corner of Market and Capital in downtown Indianapolis. The address is 150 West Market, Suite 703.
