The winner of the 1999 America Recycles Day: Indiana Statewide School Poster Contest is Carolyn Taylor of Nashville, Indiana (Brown County). Carolyn is a 6th Grade Student at Nashville Elementary School.

Receiving Honorable Mention Awards were Kera Miligan, Jessica Johnson, Stacy Biddle and Brad Phipps of Throop Elementary School in Paoli, Indiana (Orange County). Congratulations to all of these young artists from The Indiana Recycling Coalition!
