About this Speaker
Elizabeth Biser is the Senior Policy Advisor at The Recycling Partnership, where she leads the Partnership’s policy advocacy efforts. Prior to joining the Partnership, she spent nearly fifteen years representing environmental and natural resource interests before the North Carolina state legislature. In her time on staff with The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and most recently with Brooks Pierce, a Raleigh law firm, she worked with public officials on a wide range of recycling and solid waste issues. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
