Dawn Barnes is currently the Indiana Regional Director for Society of St. Andrew. She opened this Regional Office in January 2018. Dawn has lived 12 years in Southern Africa working in community development, agriculture and HIV/AIDS.
30-40% of food grown in the United States is wasted every year. This session examines parts of the food systems where that waste occurs and provides actionable solutions for communities and individuals to reduce residential food waste.
