England holds a Bachelors of Science degree and is a past board member of Western Michigan University Pulp and Paper Foundation. In addition, he has held numerous industry Board positions including NRC, Recycled Paperboard Technical Association (RTPA), Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI), and Recycling Advocates.
