See this comprehensive recycling collection program in action for glass, aluminum, steel, #1-2 plastics, tyvek envelopes, office papaer, newspaper, correugated, batteries ,eyeglasses, and more! 334 Recycling and Transfer - 3:00 p.m.
This Zionsville Material Recycling Facility processes items collected in the State Government Recycling Program. In addition, this impressive facility processes construction and demolition materials and is a municipal solid waste transfer station.

Duck-Pin Bowling at Historic Fountain Square - 7:00-10:00 p.m.
Join us for an evening of fun at the historic Fountain Square Action Bowl! From the fourth floor of thes 1920's decorated bowling alley, try your hand knocking down the duck-pins (smaller pins than used for regular bowling), challenge a colleague to a game of pool, or enjoy the view of downtown Indianapolis! Cash bar, shoes and munchies extra. A blast from the past that you don't want to miss!
Recyclers' Networking Continental Breakfast - Wednesday, May 10, 8:00 a.m.
Start your day off with a lively networking and brainstorming breakfast. The new IRC-Northern Indiana Recyling Initiative (NIRI) multi-media campaign tartgeted to reduce illegal dumping, will be a featured topic. Come and learn about the campaign from those who developed it and see how it is designed to work with recycling and solid waste officials and retailers in local areas. As time allows, you can also share your best recycling story. A great opportunity to meet and mingle with the other conference participants!
Post-Conference Meetings and Tour - Wednesday, May 10, 1:15 p.m.
Join the SIRI group for a brief but important meeting to plan and recruit a host for the July 12, 2000 committee meeting, and to elect a new SIRI Chairperson and Secretary. The Association of Indiana Solid Waste Management Districts will host an afternoon meeting, with topics to be announced. For details, contact Mark Davis, AISWMD Executive Director, at 812-349-2117. Designed to complement the "Fluorescent Bulb Programs" breakout sessions, on May 10, this tour of a Greenwood, Indiana fluorescent bulb recycler will complete the day.
