Thank you to everyone who attended REVENT 2013!
Thanks to all of our guests for supporting the IRC and joining us for this special celebration! Thanks also to the elected officials who joined us: State Representatives Christina Hale, Jim Lucas, Justin Moed and David Ober, and Indianapolis City-County Councilor John Barth.
During the brief program, the IRC had the pleasure of awarding Jim Parker the Extraordinary Service Award for nearly two decades of service on the IRC Board. Jim, who has been a strong and steady advocate for the IRC over the years, currently serves as President and has also served as Vice President and Advocacy Committee Chair.
IRC Board Member Cassie Stockamp served as the evening’s emcee and did a wonderful job entertaining attendees and hosting the “head or tails” raffle of two Southwest Airline tickets which raised $1,600 for the IRC’s programs.
The IRC’s art and entertainment themed auction raised over $6,500 for IRC programs and served as a fun fundraising backdrop for the cocktail hour. We are grateful for all of the donations we received for the auction; a list of donors can be found here: REVENT Donors.
Thank you also to the REVENT planning committee for making this evening a great success: Corinna Prather, Greg Spratt, Julie Rizzo, Morgan Bennett, Nick Brothers, Cassie Stockamp, Dean Schmuhl, Tom Gray, Michael Kauffman, Mary Ann Sullivan, Jacob Cox, Janice Peterson, and Terri Czajka.
Finally, thanks to our generous sponsors!

REVENT
SINCE 1989 the Indiana Recycling Coalition has been the voice of recycling in the Hoosier state. Through grassroots outreach, educational programs and legislative advocacy, we work to advance waste reduction, reuse, composting and recycling. The goal of this support is to conserve our natural resources, reduce energy use, encourage environmental responsibility and create green jobs through recycling.
For us to continue serving our mission and our fellow Hoosiers, we need your support! Join us at REVENT for an evening of delicious food and drink with wonderful friends and networking, as we celebrate the year that was and look forward to the new year. All proceeds go directly to serving the mission of the IRC.

AUCTION
Back again this year is our popular silent auction, which will feature artwork, handmade items, food and entertainment packages, travel, and more! Our silent auction items are always popular with early-bird holiday shoppers, so come prepared to outbid your fellow attendees.
